When I was a kid, I used to see pigs as cute farm creatures or as cuddly stuff toys that I would love to buy in Toy Kingdom. Now that I am an adult, working 8-9 hours per day, rendering taxes to my country and see every bullcrap on TV regarding the latest scam in Philippine politics – I realized that these bozos in our politics are giving injustice to our piggy creatures. Pigs deserve better than that.
But then again, these animals in our government are no better than the devils in hell. Squandering in every peso that each one of us is trying to earn so damn hard, with the hope of each cent of our taxes will go to good and sustainable projects – these people just lived their lives plundering on what we earn. Bullcrap.
Taxes are people’s money. Our taxes fuel the government and its projects. So tama lang din na dapat sa mga proyekto na tayo ang makikinabang, mapunta ang perang pinaghirapan natin.
Eto pa ang nakakapikon sa lahat: I can sense that Janet Napoles is just a front. She may be the receptionist to a bigger crocodile farm err personalities that squander on our taxes. We are talking about the big fish here. Di ba kayo nagtataka kung baket puro Janet Napoles ang nasa TV? Asan ang mga hudas na pulitiko na siyang nakinabang sa pera ng taong bayan? Dapat mabunyag ang mga politikong yan. How I wish that graft and corruption here in the Philippines is punishable by death penalty. Parang tulad lang sa China.
You may want to check out this image from gmanews.tv about that hideous pork barrel scam.
Then there is the rally on Monday (ay bukas na pala!). The One Million People Rally against Pork Barrel. Its nice to see na may pagkilos na sa ibat ibang sector ng lipunan. But I hope na sana ang kilos protestang ito ay hindi mapasukan ng grupong may mga hidden agenda pala at ng mga nakikiusong bandwagoners or hakot. Anyhoot, apprehensions aside, I will still wear black tomorrow as a sign of protest against that pork barrel.
So much for the fucked up pork barrel. More in my next posts.
